Dodgy car sales

I purchased a Bmw 1 series car from Dipak in the end of June 2021.I saw his add on eBay and was listed in London after I contacted him he told me about his garage and how trustable he was(pls find attached picture of message).I trusted him and paid for the car.A few days later the engine oil change light came on and when I asked him he said I needed to do a service one week after I purchased the car for £2100 from him and further charged me £150 I think(pls check attached picture) for the service.I paid it and never had the car worked fine .The car was like a Christmas tree with all lights coming up on dash and even had spent money on a dpf clean.etc and called AA twice during this time for my car since it wouldn't start.When I spoke to him after he would make excuses as to how busy he was and even said to me what did you do to the car?what can I do to the car I only drove it but since it was a dodgy car which he sold,furthur the way he talked to me after the purchase changed
