All Forklift Truck Training is in line with ITSSAR Standards, as recognised by the Health and Safety Commission and listed in the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance for Rider-Operated Lift Trucks (ACOP l117).
All levels of training are available Novice, Refresher, Conversion or Existing. Training may be for one, two or three persons as regulated by the Health and Safety Executive
Fork Truck Training Solutions aims to supply businesses with professional forklift training either ON-Site at the customers premisses or at the Training Centre in Aylesbury, Bucks. All training is carried out by ITSSAR qualified instructors and the training is designed to provide the operator with the basic skills and knowledge to drive safely and efficiently, reduce injury, damage to goods, vehicles and property, and to increase efficiency by developing maintenance and safety awareness.
'Under The Health and Safety at Works Act 1974 and PUWER 1998 Regulations states that Employers have a Responsibility to Train All Their Employee's who use work equipment'.
The need for proper Forklift Truck Training cannot be over-emphasised. Fork Trucks are extremely dangerous if not operated correctly and no one should be allowed to use a Forklift Truck unless properly trained.
Failure to follow this rule inevitably results in misuse of the machine, excessive downtime, serious product damage and unnecessary accidents involving equipment, vehicles and personnel, all of which cost money.
