Non refundable payments

From the 19th of November- to the 13th of December my 80 year (was/is in hospital) father- kept his direct debit open with Chloe as he does not understand to keep his own finances- I stepped in before the situation got worse and stopped the standing order, this is £320 owing to my Dad, Chloe states that she keeps retained slots and that they are NON REFUNDABLE and that my Dad signed an Contract accepting this, there is no contract signed or even drafted from the 19th November or prior, and she also phoned me High off of cannabis convinced her colleague's been walking the Dog. So just so that future Dog walkees are aware this is a Cannabis smoking, Girl racer, who takes NON REFUNDABLE retention slots and Steals from her clients with made up non drafted contracts on made up rules, that she herself is un sure of. I am still waiting for the signed contract Chloe, please provide a screenshot- as per the recorded phone call to you.
