I have really enjoyed my personal training experience with Ben from London Fitness. I was very sedentary prior to getting started, and had developed a few problems such as shin splints. My goals were to recover from my injuries and bulk up. Ben kept me motivated, built me a great program and kept me consistent without going off the handles. Its been a very positive setup and can recommend his service without hesitation. I'm feeling no irritation in my legs, especially my calves, any longer and I've put on a lot of muscle.

Great focus sessions

Training with Ben from London fitness has been very convenient and a real life changer. Every session has been manageable and very challenging. I had issues when joining a gym but he was very clear from the start and went above and beyond for all my fitness needs. Outside of personal training, I have definitely built up a lot of self discipline and practicing better habits. Having Ben as my personal trainer has helped me get in shape and improve my lifestyle simultaneously. Great experience.

London Fitness is a well organised and progressive health and fitness company. Ben is very personable, transparent and delivers a convenient service to keep you accountable for your weekly workouts. He is a good listener and communicates very well when demonstrating form and weekly expectations outside the gym. He goes above and beyond with my nutrition plan, and makes sure that I am fully committed to changing my lifestyle habits. If you are looking for a personal trainer that comes to your home in London, I'd recommend scheduling an introduction with Ben to get a good insight for your fitness plan.

Fantastic energy

I have been training with Ben for almost four months now. The only regret I have is not making that decision any sooner! He is a fantastic fitness trainer and holds me accountable to every workout, as well as staying on track with my diet plan. He also gives me a very detailed exercise plan between the days we train. After trying to do many weight training programs myself, I never believed i would see such results in a short time. His presence gives me the mental edge to push me to the limits! While the sessions are a challenge, Ben has also helped me significantly with lifestyle changes outside the gym. 10 Star Service!
