Unscrupulous - The travertine purchased from them was assessed as unfit for purpose by several tilers. The floor was laid in 2010 and one year later hairline cracks appeared in almost every tile.(photos shown on google review - in red in photo) The company claimed this was due to underfloor heating but there is not a single crack elsewhere where another company's tiles were used. I learned to live with the cracks but a year ago many large holes developed in a significant number of the tiles. The company offered filler as a solution!
