Rude

Rude and arrogant staff. They never answer the phone.After waiting outside for half an hour I politely popped my head in just to ask if they even stock the uniform for my sons school and if they were holding larger sizes, I was told they stock uniform for that school but was told to wait my turn! Very rude, perhaps if they answered the phone I wouldn't have had to ask. After a 45 minute wait in the rain I went in, was asked how long I waited and when I advised 45 minutes I was advised that that was good?! I disagree! I then asked for a size 9/10 as my son is currently in the 7/8.Presented me with a jumper labelled 30, when I asked size I was told they didn't really know maybe a size 8/9, I was told to just look at it? What good is that to me? Staff should be knowledgable in knowing what their sizing means and fits?! My son is in school, they only offer two days return?i can't get back in two days when waiting that long with a child under 2!left with no uniform! AVOID!
