One of the worst agents in Luton , they do not acknowledge your presence when you go into their office and keep laughing and cracking jokes in another language , you don’t even get a chance of talking to them properly without getting interrupted mid way . They get extremely annoyed if asked any questions , as tenants we have a right to ask questions and know what we are getting ourselves into however instead of calmly answering our questions they and sigh and kiss their teeth in annoyance . Ultimately all they care about is money and won’t give you a refund if the landlord refuses to give you property, which I personally think is very unfair as the law clearly states that if the landlord refuses to give the property to the tenant the holding deposit must be refunded. Overall I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there and experience what I went through ( at one point a staff started to raise her voice ) Cheers
