Ben, Harry & Carl are great – they really know how to push you, but motivate you also. I've seen big changes in my body from doing 3 sessions a week – 2 x TRX/Vibe, plus 1 x 1-1 session, and feel great!

I've done lots of different types of exercise regimes over the years - from running, spinning, weights, circuits etc – but the sessions at No.1 Fitness have definitely been the most economical way of getting fit quickly (& the most fun!).
