At T&T we are passionate about what we do and we are all about delivering the best service to help you reach your goals. As your safety and well-being are our priorities, all our therapists and personal trainers are highly qualified, fully insured and hold First Aid certifications.

As we develop our lives with families, friends and our careers, many of us find we lack time. This should not, however, be an excuse for us to neglect our commitment to health and fitness. On the contrary: these goals should be made a priority, because in doing so, we are able to deliver our better selves in all areas of our lives.

Prioritising your health and fitness - not only for the physical benefits, such as improving your cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and boosting your immune system - also helps to reduce stress levels, improve sleeping patterns and boost productivity. Our brains become more agile, leading to more rational thinking, better decision making and improved problem solving.

Personal training

I've been training with Petr for just over a month, doing 1 to 2 sessions per week. I've been enjoying the sessions as i feel pushed without overdoing it and every work out is different, even when we do the same muscle groups Petr tries to design different exercises so it is never repetitive. I've been doing the session both alone and with a friend as his methods allow for two people to work out effectively at the same time. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be challenged, loose some extra weight or just maintaining their fitness level.

Quick and professional communication. After our first initial complimentary session I was amazed how effectively he designed his session. He also provided me with in depth advice about my nutrition and offered me deeper analyses of my diet after completion of my food diary. I am positive that I can reach my goals with him training me.
