Worst European food retailer in Luton. Staff are rude and stuck up. They don't have the time of day for you. The owner called Jasim Rashid is a particularly repulsive and nasty character. I've heard him yelling at colleagues a few days... and even a customer once!! The food they sell is regularly VERY out-of-date i.e. several months past the due date! I have noticed this a few times. These are the reason why my husband and I have stopped shopping at EuroMarket even though we live very near it. Don't go here!
Don't shop at Euromarket Luton as they treat customers terribly
The worst customer service imaginable. I am an elderly lady. I bought 70 beer cans from Euromarket in Luton, near the Galaxy Leisure Centre. It cost me a lot of money, but I bought them for my friend's wedding party. But the beer cans were 3 years out of date! The expiry date on them was 2017 even though I bought them in 2020. I returned the cans and spoke to the manager, Mr Jasim Rashid, to get my money back. He said was busy and told me to come back the next day. I went back next day and he wasn't there. Staff told me to come at 4pm, but he still hasn't there. Since then I have been going to see him, telephoning him and emailing him for many months, but I haven't got my money back! The beer was returned on 13 January 2020. Now it is 23 May 2020 and I haven't still received my money back. Mr Jasim Rashid has caused me so much worry. He is rude and obnoxious. Has a bad temper. Is always shouting at people. Even his staff told me is always in a bad mood and shouts at them
